This trip makes me smile because of many reason. Fully trip have fun comfortable and saving. This trip I go alone. But I don’t feel lonely because these trips have many things to see all routes.

I feel happy with my body and mind. However, I feel very hot with weather before leaving my house. I use BTS to go to Wongweinyai forget the train at 10.40 am.

At the terminal it has many dry snacks sell beside the terminal. I buy prawn cake. I stay on the train about 1 hour I reach at Mahachai.

This place is famous of seafood. It has much fresh seafood to buy to come back. If you exit of Mahachai and turn left to make that fulfill with prawn shell crab and fish. Go strength you will see the wharf to cross to Chalom Wharf.  If you not hurry you can go to see court when the main band. Also, mahachai is the place that perfect to take a photo. Because it very nature.

You will see entrance of river, fish boat, and ship. After I take a photograph, I go to chalom wharf. This is the place that I transfer train to mae kong. I walk to the restaurant that floats on the water. So, I eat fried rice and watch ship cross the river. For me it is very beautiful because I never see like this before.   On the highway, have a market that very jolly.

If you not offer to see something to eat, you can wait for motorcycle to bring you to terminal. For the price is 15 baht. In the terminal atmosphere is very suitable for take a picture. Because of the ancient of building and the convenient shop sell something in front of their house. I would like to say Classic.  Then after the train reach to the maekong station.

I go to the museum. In the museum consist of 4 houses. In the museum show that how the live in the past will be. And show the culture and their living in the past. In the museum are divined by categories. Besides, in the museum also has a theatre to show drama of Thailand.

And if you love flower and garden, their will have at the car park also. The last before you go home also has souvenir shop to shopping before you come back to Bangkok.

In the past, Ampawa is center of water transportation of Samut Songkram province. It has floating market and community. There are exchange of crop and utensils. Before Ampawa will lost from our memory because the transportation on the land in instead of water.

Fortunately, local government of Ampawa and local people join together for preserve the living of commodity beside the water. I walk through the temple to the Ampawa floating market. I walk though many people that would like to going to Ampawa floating market too.

Ampawa will become famous because this is one of sightseeing of Thailand. All area of route is eating. I try to not interest to much because of hunger. Until I walk to the bridge that cross canal. But I don’t cross it. I decided to turn left to see nice shop.

The shop sells souvenir that is t-shirt. It screens the world of “Ampawa”. Each shop will have their own logo for know that this t-shirt come from each shop. Also the doll picture that makes me misses this floating market that I see them. Some toys are very nice until I think it that s snack.

Ampawa floating marketing is suitable for women that born to go to chatucak weekend market. If you go to see you will you Ampawa immediately. Please do not forget to bring photographer to take your picture. I will guarantee that you will receive the nice screen and charm of this floating market.

I also see some home stays. I think it suitable for who is love the warm atmosphere. It has two level of wooden house. There has a terrace reach to the cannel. The terrace can rest all day and night. It has many type of home stay. It starts from 100 baht to 1000 baht.

You can choose whatever you want. Beside the cannel have a seller paddle to sell food. The price is very value. Boy and the girl that stay beside the cannel will like to join you to eat. Better to stay alone. For the reader that would like to come to Bangkok and join Ampawa floating market is very easy.

Ampawa floating marketing is very close to Bangkok.  Just 40 minute to travel from Royal View Resort Hotel. There also have vans service to travel directly to Ampawa.

You can access van service at southern bus terminal. So, for the budget customer can stay in Bangkok and go to Ampawa just a 1 day trip. Skytrains are in service in two routes viz. the Northeastern Bus Terminal-Onnut Route which passes Sukhumwit Rd, and the National Stadium-Taksin Bridge Route which passes Silom Rd. A skytrain leaves the terminal every 5 miniutes from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. but at shorter intervals during rush hours (7:30-9:30 a.m. & 5:30- 7:00 p.m.). The fares range from 15 baht to 40 baht.
